HR Recruiter is accountable for monitoring and managing all of the facets needed for talent acquisition for associations. - Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement
- Conducting preliminary interviews
- Lionizing /Requirement gathering with the client
- CV screening / short listing.
- Cold Calling.
- Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates / resources.
- Resolving queries from potential candidates / resources in regards to subjected requirement.
- Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.
- Validating & verification check.
- Salary offered: 13000-20000/-
